The AIG Insurance App takes you and your AIG South Africa Insurance policy into the digital world. We provide AIG policyholders and their family access to multiple emergency and concierge services via our help button which connects you to AIG assist case managers who are available 24/7.

AIG South Africa provides policyholders personalised digital claims forms to speed up claims processing, as well as access to a digital copy of their insurance policy. Please note the AIG Insurance App is currently only available in South Africa to select policyholders.
